5th Global Patients Congress

5th Global Patients Congress

With the theme 'Achieving patient-centred healthcare: indicators of progress and success', our 5th Global Patients Congress examined how we measure the extent to which patient-centred healthcare is achieved around the world. The programme not only highlighted examples of best practice but examined how meaningful indicators can be developed to measure patient involvement within healthcare systems.

The 5th Global Patients Congress was the ideal time to take stock of progress in patient-centred healthcare, consolidate the evidence of what has been achieved, revisit the values at its core and drive necessary next steps in defining indicators for patient-centred healthcare so that it can be realised in practice.
