The Medtronic Foundation is Medtronic’s primary vehicle for charitable donations. Our Mission is to improve the health of people and communities by focusing our resources in areas where we can make unique and positive contributions.  

The Foundation’s flagship program, the Patient Link grant program, addresses the needs of people with chronic non-communicable diseases and conditions. This program partners with national and international patient organizations. It focuses on capacity building projects for patient organizations advancing awareness, education and advocacy on behalf of patients and their families.
