
Lucy Kovalova-Woods is a strategy consultant and owner of WKG Strategy, with extensive experience delivering business and healthcare projects across diverse sectors and regions. She is also the founder of WKG Foundation, a nonprofit focused on advancing inclusive access to education, employment, and career transition resources.
Bringing lived experience as a patient partner in research, Lucy actively contributes to more inclusive, patient-centered approaches in clinical trials and health system design.
She serves on the Board of Directors of Canadian Arthritis Patient Alliance and acts as a regional representative with FAC, advocating for disability inclusion, meaningful patient engagement, and equitable access to care and employment.
