Tell us your patient safety story

In preparation for World Patient Safety Day (17 September 2020 ), IAPO is gathering material for a storytelling campaign on patients’ experiences related to healthcare systems safety, including health services, medicines and devices.

We are looking for stories from patients and patient carers on safety issues, particularly cases related to infections, resistant bacterial infections, sepsis and medication errors.

We want to hear your story, or the story of the person you care for, to help improve patient safety and prevent unwanted events happening to other patients.
