The European Health Forum Gastein is a health policy event in Europe and a meeting point for experts from different fields within the health system. Greatly focusing on very specific areas, the EHFG aims to highlight the overarching policy topics.

The discussions at the 20th European Health Forum Gastein set for 4 - 6 October 2017, will aim to dig deeper, taking the technocratic concept of Health in All Policies to the political level of policy implementation – Health in All Politics. On its twentieth anniversary the EHFG’s biggest challenge  is to build bridges between the different policy areas, guided by the European values of universality, access to good quality care, equity and solidarity.
