Worldwide Cystic Fibrosis Day is marked annually on 8th September by patients and patient groups around the world.

This year, IAPO member FIPAN (Argentine Cystic Fibrosis Association) will be marking the Day with their campaign 'A breath of life goes around the world'.

FIPAN will also be holding a special conference on 14 September as a follow-up to the Day, for patients, their families and healthcare professionals. Two physicians from Spain will present on paediatric and adult management of Cystic Fibrosis, exploring mutations of the disease and the therapies available to tackle its underlying causes.
