The World Health Organization (WHO) invites you to join the next session of its Global Patient Safety Webinar Series, focused on Patient Safety Incident Reporting and Learning Systems (PSIRLS) - a cornerstone of safe healthcare delivery. 

Background

Despite occurring across all healthcare settings, many patient safety incidents go unreported or insufficiently analysed, limiting the ability to learn from them and prevent future harm.

By drawing on expert insights, country experiences, and interactive discussion, the webinar will explore how establishing robust PSIRLS can transform incident reporting from a routine procedural task to a systemic driver for patient safety and quality of care improvement.
