There are many different ways to get involved with and support Congress. Promote the event using our custom-made resources, show support on social media, sponsor the event or get in touch with any media enquiries.

We have put together the GPC2018 report highlighting the key moments from the 3-day event.

We have put together an event that will help participants shape IAPO direction and priorities, showcase member initiatives, promote peer-to-peer learning, and stimulate thinking around patient empowerment and engagement.

Information Pack

We have put together some information that will help participants find and navigate their way through GPC2018.

Biosimilars toolkit will be in use during the workshop session on Advocacy on issues in Biotherapeutics and Cell and Gene Therapies. This tool is a joint research report from the International Association of Patients’ Organisations (IAPO) and the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Associations (IFPMA).

IAPO's Advocacy Fieldbook to also be used in the workshop session on Advocacy on issues in Biotherapeutics and Cell and Gene Therapies. This advocacy tool provides patients‘ organizations with theory, guidelines, and tools to help advocate for a particular issue and get their voice heard. Developed by IAPO and funded by  Novartis as well as Amgen, Roche and Novo Nordisk, it serves as a companion to advocacy workshops or can be used as a stand-alone resource.

Strategic Plan 2018-2020: Promoting Patient Centric Universal Health Coverage. This will be used at the IAPO strategy session where all members will be called upon to start the planning process of delivering it over the next 3 years. Members and stakeholders will use the Strategic plan to map out the following: who are the partners to reach out to and collaborate with, what are the international policies and regulation that we need to target and what should our promotional and communication approach be.

A Scorecard to assist in talking with your doctor about Biosimilars. This will also be used during the workshop session on Advocacy on issues in Biotherapeutics and Cell and Gene Therapies.
